Pine Tongue & Groove
At Breen's Lumber, our Tongue and Groove (T&G) boards are produced right here at our sawmill using locally sourced Ontario lumber. From harvesting, sawing and drying to planing and profiling, every step is completed on site. Our T&G boards create a attractive finish suitable for a wide variety of projects. Whether you're finishing a cottage, installing a wood ceiling, or adding character to your home, tongue and groove offers the natural warmth and beauty of real wood.
What is tongue and groove?
Tongue and groove is a type of lumber profile designed with a tongue along one edge and a matching groove along the other. The boards interlock during installation creating a continuous wood surface with concealed joints.

Our T&G features two different faces:
V-Joint side: Creates a defined V-shaped groove between boards for a traditional wood panelled appearance.
Flat Side: Provides a smoother, more uniform appearance with less emphasis on individual board joints, also suitable for flooring.
